The Mauguio Carnon Tourist Office adopted the Tourism Quality approach from 2007 onwards and was awarded the Qualité Tourisme label in July 2009.
Adopting a Quality Approach means undertaking to satisfy one’s clients.
A Quality Approach is therefore based on adapting the tourism offer to the clientele’s requirements and expectations.
A Quality Approach involves: obtaining a label or brand further to an evaluation or audit on the basis of a framework of references which represent objectives for customer satisfaction, followed up by the continuous evaluation of these objectives.
Adopting the Qualité Tourisme label conveys concrete advantages.
The label improves the clarity of Quality undertakings in the offer of services for tourism and represents a guarantee for tourists.
It also ensures a wider promotional base, both in France and internationally, for professionals who have chosen to adopt the flight to Quality.

Information and communication: providing clients with clear, precise and detailed information, by telephone and on site (directions, signs, etc.).

Comfort levels: well maintained and clean, vegetation and open areas, reception and relaxation areas, comfortable furnishings.
